Terms of Use
These terms keep things fair for everyone. They're deliberately short and written in plain language — using LudoLive means you agree to them.
Free personal use
LudoLive is free to play for personal, non-commercial use on any of your devices. You may share room codes and invite links with anyone you want to play with.
Play fair
- Don't attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt other players' games.
- Choose a display name that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else.
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful.
- Don't try to overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use automated clients to play.
Online rooms and invite links
Online matches connect players' browsers directly to one another. Anyone holding a room code or invite link can take a seat, so treat a code like a party invitation and share it only with people you actually want at your table. Room codes are temporary and stop working once the match ends. If you host a room, you can close it for everyone at any time, or hand it over to another player when you leave.
Playing offline modes — against the computer, or pass & play on one device — needs no connection and involves no other players.
Messages between players
Online rooms include quick messages, emoji reactions and a short typed message box. Whatever you send is your own responsibility. Don't send anything abusive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or that shares someone's personal information. Messages travel directly between players and we neither store nor moderate them — which also means we cannot retrieve or remove a message after it has been sent. If someone is behaving badly, leave the room — and if you're the host, close it for everyone.
Our content
The LudoLive name, logo, board artwork, avatars and all other visual assets are original work. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them as your own. The underlying game of Ludo itself is a traditional game and belongs to everyone.
No warranty
LudoLive is provided as is, free of charge. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for lost matches, disconnections or any damages arising from use of the game.
Changes to the game and these terms
LudoLive is actively developed, so modes, rules-in-practice, artwork and features may change, be added or be withdrawn over time. We may update these terms as the game evolves; the current version will always live at this address. What the site collects is always described in the privacy policy. If you have questions, contact us via the contact page.
